Some folks find electric bark collars offensive. When these collars sense, or ‘hears’ a bark, it gives off an electric shock. If the barking continues, the shock gets precipitously stronger. It goes up to five levels of shock strength.

Many consider this cruel and unusual. They say it is inhumane to cause pain just to obtain a wanted result. I do not feel this way. Before I put this on my dog, I will test out this supposed abusive apparatus and prove the naysayers wrong.

Here we go:

Me: “Ruff.” Oh, that tingled a bit.

Me: “Ruff.” Whoa, that was more than a tickle.

Me: “Ruff.” Woo hooo! That grabbed my attention.

Me: “Ruff.” OMG! That one almost snapped my neck!

Me: “RUFF RUFF RUFF!” ZZZZZTTTT!!! WTF!! ZZZ! AAAHAAAAAAGAGAGAAAAA!! OMG OMG Every time AAAAH! I speak, it AAAAAAH zaps me AAAAAAAAGAGA again! AAAAHGOONEY GOO GOO!

Hoooweey, that is what I call BIG ZZZT! AAAAHH! fun

Now, if you‘ll excuse me, I must go un-perm my hair, attempt to get my eye lids to close, find a new pair of shorts, and I may, or may not have, just been egregiously neutered – and spayed…
